Joining Podcast Host, Jenny Butter, are Michelle Lucas and her client Katie Ellis. Michelle is the founder of Greenfields Consultancy and provides coaches with a range of flexible CPD options. Her client Katie is a senior civil servant with the UK Government. Over the past year, as part of her job, Katie has been coaching staff who also work for the civil service.
